Find business cards instantly with a card scanner
Business cards tend to accumulate rapidly when you run a business and there is often no easy way to manage and store them. A business card book might come handy but when the numbers run in the hundreds, it is time to look for something else.
That is where a card scanner like the Targus Mini Card reader comes in handy. Not only is it smaller than a deck of cards, it can also import information from the business cards into a database - or even into your Outlook Information Manager.
It becomes easier to search for a particular person or to find their contact details. You can also export this data to a third party, meaning you can take your scanned cards with you on the road or share them with your other colleagues.
